Release from Housing Contract

By completing the form below you are requesting to be released from your housing contract. Your request will only be accepted if you have a valid reason for needing to be released from the contract.

Leaving housing prior to the contract end date for any reason must be discussed with Ingrid Hill in Student Life as soon as possible. Residents can be held responsible for the remainder of the housing cost for the year, or will be charged a $365 early release fee.

Pack up your things: Make sure to remove all personal belongings from your room.
Clean up: Sweep the floor and wipe down surfaces to leave your room clean for the next student.
Return your key: Drop your room key in the key box on the third floor, just outside Ingrid Hill's office.
